If your happy with your proposed renovation estimation, we will schedule in a day and time that suits you for our team to come to site. On site, we will discuss your needs, style and budget in more depth, as well as take measurements and photographs. During this consultation, we will gather information from you to understand the scope of the project including your desired layout, fittings, and fixtures.
PLANNING & DESIGNING
We will welcome any of your changes to the renovation and ensure that they are incorporated in the final product – this is because we’re committed to collaboration and clear communication with our clients.
CONTRACT SIGNING
A contract will be executed and a start date will be locked in. Once your deposit has been received, we will lodge the premium for your QBCC Home Warranty Insurance and construction can commence.
COMMENCEMENT
Our bathroom renovation team will now get to work delivering equipment, materials, fittings/fixtures and begin to prepare the area for renovation. While our renovations are personalised and tailored to your needs, we have standardised procedures to ensure the works run as orderly and efficiently as possible, which prevents unnecessary disruptions or delays.
